I don't want to get too heavily into it, since I'm not sure it is allowed. She did have some strong language in her post, and a suspension for swearing we both believe was just for that. But she got hit for 3 things in that one post, and the other 2 she felt were taken out of context/someone misinterpreted the point of her post which lead to her permaban. Since the e-mails don't say anything about trying to appeal the strikes or ban, she's been going through SE's support center and all of her ticket responses have just told her to re-read the ToS.

She did have a suspension over a year ago, I don't really remember what for but it was really minor. But for this incident she got hit with a suspension and then a permaban. I think all of the reasons listed in the suspension are considered separate strikes, as normally I'd think a third suspension would result in a ban not the second one.
