I know 14% GCD loss doesn't = 14% DPS. AA damage is still going and it's based on the average potency loss during that time. But overall for me, that's what it amounts to considering the snowball effect that happens. -

I play from 3,000km away and I can weave a full huton pretty often. i really do feel bad for you :(
also i was making the assumption of ninjutsu being server side, it would make the problen worse since again, it could just tell you no, or, give the same effect as mudras are now.. so you would possibly get more bunnies.
easiest way to not let it bother you is to just deal with it.. ninjustus are such a small % of you dps, exempting TA and Huton that missing once in awhile isnt that bad tbh. -

I don't really miss mudras at all, its more of that delay just driving me crazy mid fight. Its really frustrating to know you can do more damage, but can't because mudra says so.

Ninja is probably the class that is affected the most by latency, sure Ninjutus make up a small percentage of our overall DPS but the longer the execution takes the more time we waste.
I feel like I'm 100% of the time on the mercy of my connection, sometimes I skyrocket the parser because I have an awesome delay and the Mudras come very quick and other times it takes me 3+ seconds to use Suiton/Huton and my DPS flushes down the toilet.
With WTFast I have an average ms of 130 but ever since the basic version became free it got worse durring peak times.
I'm still rooting for the EU servers, once they come I can really enjoy Ninja.
