Because it would be a unique NPC like Lilisette..people want the game to have lore and story, it begins with making unique NPCs.

Pumped about female padjal for those of you who don't believe that, she 100% is you need to revisit some gridania lore, it says "elder seedseer" and the seedseers are all padjals, so she would be the eldest of the little kid people with horns. The limsa one, I do see how she could be a female roeg, her skintone and ears caught me off, I thought she was a mixture of the two elezen clans, (kinda like lilisette was hume and elvaan, but here in XIV one clan of elezen has more hume shaped ears than the other), the haird style and naming convetion throw me off though.

if she was elezan she would look more feminin. Sher hair wouldn'r be spikey ot would be elegent. And she wouldn't have such huge bobs poping out like that. plus she is very mucsular where most elezan females are not.

I think some are remembering the muscularity and all-around butch appearance of the Elvaan females, and using that as their basis for determining that this particular NPC must be Elezen, since there were no female Galkas with which to form a frame of reference.

I thought she was half duskwight half (whats the other one that lives in cities and is all humified oh well), she's half and half the two clans (not an elezen fan did not feel like looking it up), or at least thats what I thought when I first looked at her. Something like lilisette would be cool. Roeg/lalafells genetics makes sense lol, elezen and roeg or hume are characteristically more HUMAN than even lalafell and miqote

Am I the only one who still has no idea what companies are?

It's hard to tell since it was said that these two months are focused on battle system changes. I don't think next month is the company month. It will most likely be the bulk of the battle system/class system changes along with an instanced dungeon.
