I don't ever remember this being mentioned. All that was ever said was whatever class you start with, you're stuck with it for the first 10 levels until you complete the tutorial quests. At that point the Armory unlocks and you can play anything.
Will the Marriage Quest be implemented at launch?
Will the chocobo music be changed to something a little less boisterous? Will we have the option to choose between different "moods" of the theme, or have an option to turn it off and enjoy a zone's music while on chocobo-back?
I really just feel the chocobo music in 1.0 and the alpha was very over-the-top for 90% of the reasons I got on one.
Also, will the goobbue mount music remain in the game? In addition, will other mounts have their own music?

I think it's very cool that we'll get a survivor mark. However, I plan to make my lalafell a male miquo'te in ARR. Will my character still have a survivor mark? Or is that only going to be available to me if I keep my character the same exact way?

if 100 is the max players in endgame company does that mean we might get 100man endgame at one point?

Will ARR be like most MMO these days where people jump to 50 in a week and grow bored of end game content in a month? Do you plan to make ARR along these lines of most mmo these days to appeal to the casuals or will you be stepping back and taking a page from FFXI where leveling was a long process and endgame wasn't "the game" This question also refers to DOL and DOH.

We heard last time that the next milestone is DirectX 11 compatibility - how is this going to be managed alongside the PS3 versions? I'm asking from a PC player viewpoint but I imagine that the PS3 players might be less than impressed if say, the PC version continued to get improved graphically whereas the PS3 is neglected, and vice-versa.

This might be something for a bit down the road, but after a lot of the fan service is over, will we be seeing unique never before seen summons/jobs/monsters/bosses(e.g Van darnus)/abilities/magic/etc. Just something unique only to FFXIV 2.0 and maybe its content/lore. I'm all for bring back old classics and everything, but would like to see some new creative stuff.

During the Alpha version, a lot of people were concerned about the global cooldown on weaponskills being 3 seconds. Are there any plans to reduce this to a more resonable level, or to remove it entirely?

Will we be able to have the lottery NMs, timed NMs, etc. like we had in XI that I spent years total camping? If there are NMs that we work to get to..... will we be able to make a living off of those drops without the R/EX restrictions? Those are some of my fondest memories from XI and I would just LOVE it to be able to have something like that.
