well the forums are quiet today lol. Not so crazy as last time xD.
I'm guessing a lot of ppl got into alpha or are just accepting that they won't get in ; ; lol.

they just gonna keep on inviting poeple that have not played the game in over a yr or since start of fail 1.0 instead of us the ones that paid to play till the end. oh well hope this game is fail and se goes bankrupt they should think about the people that stayed till the end b4 any of the others. just my point of view idk i could be wrong.

Members from my LS, who played from day 1 till the last day without a rest, got an invite today.

well yeah i do kinda agree with you... if they invite ppl who never stuck around in the first place they for sure won't stick around now. Just cuz its 2.0 doesn't mean ppl who are playing other games like GW2 or WoW and stuff will stop playing them just to come here to ffxiv. WoW is coming out with more expansions so is FFXI, GW2 is brand new and didn't suck as much as 1.0 did when launched I'm pretty sure it has a huge following of players.

Also ppl who don't care about FFXIV to stick around will just run off and break NDA cuz they don't care at all and its been happenning quite a lot just google it guys LOL. For people who are waiting around for the game that has played for 2 years might even get bored of waiting and get into another MMO or game and maybe not even come back. I realize SE wants new players but maybe they should let that happen in Beta? Considering they might lose some players and Alpha only has two races in and 3 jobs -.- lol...

I'm just saying if you want new players to get into FFXIV for more fans and such wouldn't it be better to have more than 2 races to be playable atleast and more content than just Gridania? XD lol. Just saying people will leave and get bored that way too :P. But i digress... I'm just bored and nothing is on the forums ; ; lol no entertainment at all! not even here! ; ; lol.

I didn't get an invite either.. but I am ok with that, I'm too freakin tired to play since the newest member of the household insists on a walk at 6am lol ; ;

It totally is! :D it's colder and all of his regular puppy buddies are out at that hour! That doggie knows what hes doing ;O LOL

No invite, which is fine, but i'm guessing these applications are picked out by computer?

It's just that in filling it out i put 24/7 availability (which is true, i'm otherwise staring at the wall these days),
That i want to make FFXIV ARR a better game through testing,
and so on... i don't imagine i really could have filled out a more preferable app, and i was truthful
(not that a computer really knows that ... yet)

So i'm a bit perplexed.
Maybe 98% of applicants are available 24/7 and want to 'test the game'?
