And the reaction of the usual white knights defending the lack of content in this game
"yesssssss finally i dont have to play the game and i can play all my other games ! thank you yoshi P you always create amazing content and you never disappoint !"

I think I’ve seen most savage raiders praise the changes as it’s much needed. Granted using the play other games segment wasn’t needed but now it twists the narrative cause people like yourself will use it everywhere for the next year. But in seriousness making your core grind tier slightly quicker isn’t a big deal. This feedback has been clearly been given for a while I mean heck I’ve seen Xenosys praise them for doing it because he’s been asking it for years. If they did a poll that only savage runners could vote and it favoured this change what would you say then?
Personally I don’t run savage so this doesn’t effect me… shit I don’t run this content I’ve got less to do… guess il play other games.. (honestly what I’m doing and don’t care)
You really are a very silly sausage. i have been playing other games since I started FF 14 and I always will. You are dead right, the content is amazing, Ive done it all and enjoyed myself immensely, will continue to do so. Endwalker MSQ was..brilliant, the music was unbelievable ( Flow for example, haunting ).Quote:

Current storyline is getting more and more interesting, the hints being dropped about Meracydia have DEFINITELY got me intrigued. So yeah, Im not sure what your issue is...(actually I dont really care, but whatever floats your boat...did anyone ever tell you how shrill you sound? )
BTW you really should try Fallout 3 and 4, add in a few mods and loads of fun.
From all of your posts that I have seen in the last few days; I've been lurking and wow, I can tell you have likely never stepped foot into a raid when its relevant or at all. Gearing can be grueling, swapping jobs or playing alts is prohibitive and highly restrictive until two, sometimes three months in—despite the fact that's what most raiders want to do. This change will facilitate their ability to play as multiple roles or jobs within their group, which will ultimately lead to them playing more, not less.
Until you've been in a group and not gotten the drops you need for 5-6 weeks straight, you have no right to comment on the savage loot changes.
This has been requested for years, not to play the game less, but to make it easier for people to play and experience the game and its content on more jobs.
Unless you were involved in raiding, however, you would not understand why or how this has been a problem since the game's inception.
With respect, no, not the case, I dont raid either ( well not in FF 14 in any case, I used to ) but its sorta not your call to tell others if they are "qualified" to comment or not.Quote:

I don't know why u guys complain when yoshi p tell u guys play other games I really think some of you need to go outside your world should never be focused on one thing. Play other stuff and happy mother's day.
If so I’m glad I did it in advance. Though I did die once figuring out the point of what I was supposed to be doing.
Not that I typically like the comments of 'qualified or not' - However, with all due respect if they're going to dismiss certain changes or attack people for being excited or happy with the changes then they should have the common courtesy of at least understanding the changes in the first place, and why they are good or why people would be excited for them.
As far as I am concerned, this is just reaping what they sow.
For those who are just here for housing, patches have also been absolutely garbage lately.
As a savage raider, you bet Im fucking happy they did that. Needing 8 books for chest doesnt fucking provide you with more content.
Do I want bigger variety of content? YES! Do I want to spend too much time to get a BiS? Hell fucking no.
You spelled Fallout New Vegas wrong. Recomending the worst fallouts :/
Kaurhz: as far as I am concerned? It was about time that got addressed. Very pleased to see it.
Sorry, no, New Vegas felt weird...now, then, the all out assault on the Institute was poetry. I LOVE a good firefight. New Vegas didnt really interest me that much, Lonesome Road was good, Dead Money was brilliant, the main story....no. It felt too..cartoony for my liking.Quote:

The Courier wasnt even canon, no origin background, if he was Courier Six..who were the others? it just didnt...fit.
Finally. Finally after I don't know how many months and years of your almsot daily wailing on the forum, you have decided to do the only thing that has any chance of getting your point across: vote with your wallet.
Mind you, the chance of SE actually caring about your positions are equal to the number of people doingas you will do, proportional to the number of people who will keep subbing. Slim I'd say, but higher than zero.
To you, and everyone else who is going to leave forever, godspeed!
Let's be honest, sometimes he has good points. Not always, but sometimes. It's just the "You have to listen to me because I AM RIGHT" attitude, paired to having to read the same points every day, that gets people on the defensive. All the while trying to convince you and me instead of doing anything actually useful to make the people he's angry at listen.
Take it back. F3/F4 had the most boring firefights, the most NON WORKING firefights (How many times my mini nuke just flied thru a deathclaw, because for some reason, hitboxes are broken). You talking about FNW story, but think about F3/F4 story. Yeah, maybe F3 is mid, but F4 story is the worst and with worst ending (see how the 's is missing there? Because all are same). I take this personally

There's also the fact that you can't try to make reason with him without his groupies showing up to defend him. You'll get like 3-5 people trying to defend him or badmouthing others. It gets to the point where everybody notices he is the focal point of everything, and thus the main person everybody dislikes since almost every big argument, every big point of negativity or flame war, seems to start with him.
Bro without aveyond, like half of the interesting threads and traffic of the forums die.
And yet I'm fairly positive he once said that he didn't need anyone to defend him. Only for you know... weakest are the ones where they're all what's wrong with asking for changes or to give valid concerns? While ignoring that he wouldn't get so much flak if the way he presented it didn't come off as my opinions are fact and only my opinions matter. Stop acting like Commissioner Gordon from 60s' with their red special red phone.
I too lurked before I started posting here, and from what I've seen of Stormpeaks the only thing they actually do actively in FFXIV is housing. This I find on its own to be kinda funny, but it becomes even more so when you realize that it means they're absolutely shackled to FFXIV despite all the negative attitude they have towards it because otherwise they'd lose their house(s). It really is the sunk cost fallacy in action.
Feast was FOMO too. At least they've stated that they've a mind to bring back Malmstone rewards for Crystal Trophies down the line. That said, they really should give a more solid date on that. Not fond of the item enchantment thing they're thinking of now. It's like they realized the Feast way of handling things was far from ideal, stopped it for a few patches and then went "let's try it again." Admittedly, a particle effect is minor, but it's still something and it's probably just the start, unfortunately.
Tis why half the threads here now look like this to me - and no Stormpeaks, I don't need you to ask or have yours or anyone else's permission to post on a public forum lol:

Man, this may be unrelated to the OP or the thread but, this Zephyr guy is just sad.
