started at 4178, went down to 3003, got a lobby error, logged back in to a 5000+ queue. not a happy camper.

I'd tell you my queue number, but I can't get connected to the login server to even get in line.
Can't get past the title screen to the character select screen without a 2002 error and the entire client exiting.
Haven't been able to get logged in since Saturday. =(

What are you doing to past the time: Giving up and playing another game instead. Or watching Netflix. I work during the week and can't devote 16 hours of my day to try to log in.

If I didn't read the forums, I'd never believe queues were this bad. I took vacation to play and I just lucked out because I play on Zalera+ I work overnights normally so my schedule even on my days off are different from most.

I've completed the MSQ+ got all my tome gear + have unlocked flying for 4/6 zones.

My queues have been

Sat - 28
Sun - 65
Mon - 108

Well, I wasn't in the queue, but I made the mistake of switching to my headset and it crashed the game so now I'm at 5300

About 3:30 PM (Palm Springs, CA), in line at 3200 and change. 30 minutes later, I'm around 2500 and got booted. Reloaded back in line at 2500 and at 4:45PM I'm 376.

Before I could press "post", it drops to 303.

Still not even hitting the queue, just erroring out when trying to connect to the data centers.

After two hours, when I was entering, got disconnected (error 2002). Unbelievable.

I came back and there are 6040 people in the queue. I quit! :(:(

Started at 6862 at 7:30pm EST.

Currently at 5531 at 8:09pm EST.

So if I don't get dumped from the que, the current estimated login time based on rate of progress is: 4.21 hours or ~11:43pm.

The rate of the que moving has dropped a lot since Friday/Saturday so obviously the smart kids logged in early and have started using keep alive scripts. The simple methods no longer work but the keep alive scripts still work and it's kind of amazing to this old millennial how it seems like more people than not now know how to do that sort of thing.

Since attempting to log back into the game in a quick manner (after the error messages boot me back to desktop) will "save" your place in queue, I'm kind of just staring at the queue countdown, trying to keep up with it as much as I can. This is providing that it actually connects to the data center, trying to log back in. If THAT gives me an error, too, then it will take too long to log back in, removing/booting me to the back of the queue. ; ;

just made it to number 1 after waiting over 3 damn hours just to get 4004'd and end up 4k deep again. this is ridiculous. couldnt get servers because of a chip shortage? i call bs on that. i work in it and we have never had a problem getting servers or switches

...still not even getting to the queue.

At this point for me anyway queueing is pointless. I will be in a queue for 40 or so minutes then get disconnected with a 3001 error and not able to rejoin for another hour or so just to have it happen again whenever I do get into a queue. Guess I will just make my peace with not being able to play for a few weeks.

I feel you, I work from 06.30-16.00 mon-fri and then i need to take trains and shit to get home. So my only chance to play is at peak-hours. And i don't really have much time to play since i need to do other stuff aswell as going to bed at a reasonable hour in order to get up at 04.30 in the mornings for work. So it really sucks to be met with a 4000-8000 que that moves on a snails pace. And will take hours(If no errors happen, as they usually do) to complete. Making it almost impossible to play the expansion you payed for. I don't think there is much they will be able to do about it either, since it's mostly a issue with not enough servers for all the people trying to play. And that worries me that it might be like this for months and it's hard to justify paying a monthly fee for a game you can only play abit on the weekends.

Yes, I'm somewhat in the same boat although a bit less. Check back by 21th December, if it's still the same then just cancel your subscription honestly. No point in paying if you won't be able to play.

My sub is running out in exactly 2 weeks, if I still am unable to play by then I'll just cancel my sub and wait a few months before I check again if I can play normally then.

When I could queue. Getting 3001 consistantly today.

Started at ~6k 2 hours ago, im at 1800 atm

90, DCED and started at 1164, took about an hr to get to 90 and sat there for a while.

Got disconnected mid play. . .

2800, that was 30 min ago, now 2250.

Guess there goes the rest of my day.

At around 8am est I was able to get in after an hour queue place was 513. Manages to finally log in and started the quest to pick up sage. Mid cutscene to acquire the soul crystal I was booted with the 9006 error which some have said is due to wifi, but I am wired connected and have only gotten this issue in the past when the servers are under a bit of stress. Put in queue after restarting because of the character logged out unexpectedly error at 600. Another hour and 10 minutes I was finally back in to grab the soul crystal and grab the next part of the quest.

Afraid to get booted again I sat in my inn room for a bit testing the abilities and setting up my hotbar for the class. Finally ready, but did not wish to enter a duty because if I get disconnected I will get a penalty, and did not wish to cause anyone grief due to randomly leaving mid dungeon. So I settled for attempting to go into palace of the dead to warm up and remember how to play gunbreaker, so if I was disconnected again I would just have to start over again, but it would only be me and my partner. I was able to get through the first floor before the 9006 error booted us both at the same time which will mean a restart because dcing means you die in palace of the dead, but at least it was just the first floor or rather the first level 60 floor. Back out got the message again for in proper way of disconnecting so I re loaded everything seen it was 1500 and noped out.

Well I was going to nope out, but for science I logged back in just to see how long it would take if someone is 2169 in queue to actually get back into the game, so I have a time frame of wait time to place in queue so I know in the future when to just play something else until the server is less populated. At least I was able to pick up sage, and able to log in a small bit since December 3rd at 4am when I spent a small amount of time reading the changes to all of the classes and practicing on a dummy for a few minutes before getting booted.

Edit: Start time 3:00pm est 2169 in queue. Currently 1555 time is 4:22pm est. 5:18pm est

attempting to log back in my character is actually showing up and am 445 in queue. Can anyone confirm them fixing getting booted back to the beginning of the queue when in queue already but getting the 2002 error or did I luck out?

The end result, I did end up getting in at 5:47pm est but logged out. There would be no point logging in if I get booted at any point because the queue was already up to 3000 something for my partner who tried logging in to see just how large the queue was. I do hope they fix all of this at some point soon. I know it most likely wont happen, but priority queue for someone booted out due to their servers who was in a duty would be nice. They should have that information, unsure if they would even think to do that though.

Also sorry for the wall of text. I wish everyone else here luck with logging in, if I get in I am logging back out and playing something else because I honestly wont be able to do anything for fear of getting booted again. I will wait until odd hours to jump on to test if I get disconnected so I don't take others limited time if work and such.

Been playing like this in the mornings and just going to sleep more early. Rather wake up 2 hours earlier, Make me coffee, log-in in under 2 mins and play before leaving for work. Its quite better than being tired from work and sitting in a 4 hour queue so I can play 1 hour before going to bed.

You can take this as a hint to go round the queues.

This Endwalker que issue is actually helping my health, no meme.
I used to play until 2 AM every day in which is damage over time on my physical health.
With Endwalker, I actually sleep early then wake up around 4AM and play for few hours before I start to work.
