Butterfinger Promo (Chocorpokkur Mount)

Bought mini pk at CVS and sent in receipt the morning of 5/4. Just got the code tonight. It took exactly 84h or 3.5 days, which is within the stated 3-5 days time frame.

been almost 4 days for me and haven't received it

got mine after submitting a while back. just gotta be patient, i believe theyre manually reviewing EVERY one.

Is everyone turning in a receipt buying just allowed Butterfinger stuff, or including the bars in a normal massive grocery store visit, and having to sort out the bars in the very long receipt?

The ladder for me. I purchased a couple things I needed, and added the butterfingers on that list (and then sent the entire receipt)

I had other stuff on my receipt and it went through. I assume the ones that don't just say Butterfinger require them to check the SKU to make sure you actually bought the right product, and since they have to do that manually, it takes longer. Mine said "CHOCOLATE" and took three days.

Other stuff was bought, but I had a separate receipt for the Butterfinger purchase.

Mine was just qualifying butterfinger product. You can have more items on it, but the rules state no more than 10 items should be on the receipt. They're verifying manually so they have to be able to quickly hunt down the butterfinger product on the receipt and then make sure $5 or more was spent on it. If they see a mass of groceries on there, they'll probably just deny the receipt and move on.

It states "Receipts that include more than $50 in eligible SKUs or receipts with more than 10 eligible SKUs will be rejected." A gallon of milk is an SKU. But milk is not eligible for the contest.

I submitted my receipt on the 4th and got my code today. No issues. Only had 2 entries on my list. 6 butterfinger packs since they were 99 cents each, and one other thing.

The receipt they gave me has what I can only assume is the store code for the item on it "055090949" and not the UPC. It says "Grocery 055090949 Butterfinger", UPC isnt shown anywhere except on the back of the wrappers themselves (the wrappers show "0-99900-10087-3"), so im kinda worried this will result in them rejecting it

That may be why it takes a while for them to verify, especially if different stores have different labeling in the receipts.

Wasn't an issue for me. My receipt wasn't from Target, but mine reads "BTRFNGR 6PK 3.9Z NST" on the receipt itself with no UPC.

My accepted Amazon invoice just had the item name and someone else I know had an accepted CVS and said it just had it printed as butterfinger on the receipt without any codes. You should be good.

Yeah I kept going over that wording. Just going by that alone they technically should have to go through a receipt with a family of four's weekly grocery run as long as there's less than 10 butterfinger product sku's totalling less than $50. I have a feeling the people at prize logic being paid by the hour with a receipt check quota are going to feel differently about that.

Still not sure what that even means, does that mean people with less than that can get more than 1 mount code at a time if it's all butterfingers? The terms say 1 redemption per person so that kinda contradicts being able to get multiple codes from 1 receipt (like say you have a receipt that has $15 worth of butterfingers, would you receive 3 codes?)

No, only one code per submission and you can't do multiple submissions from the same email address with the exception of an additional try if your receipt is rejected.

I got my code today. I purchased my candy at my local Kroger store and took a picture of the receipt. I made my submission at around 6 p.m. edt on the 4th and my code arrived this morning at 3:16 a.m. edt so about 3 1/2 days.

Can someone please help me to get this mount? TT////TT

Just a reminder that trading the promotional code for gil/in-game items can be considered RMT so if anyone happened to say something about doing that, they might want to adjust their post.

I got mine last night submitted it on the 4th at 9 pm and all it said was Candy and 2 other items from Walmart. I'm really happy. Though the picture did include the bag of butterfinger minis under the receipt.

It does appear to be taking longer for some people (although I'm seeing a lot of apparent time traveling on some people's twitter complaints). If you've gone over the 5 day limit and think you need to get in touch with someone there's an email address on the FAQ in the first post. Hope you get your code soon!

I fear that my receipt will be rejected, has anyone been accepted with a gas station receipt? the receipt states it as "Tax Grocery 4@$1.69" the only number outside of that is the total and the small number "101". :confused:

Crossing my fingers for you, but I'm not sure I've seen anyone report any success with those odd gas station receipts. If you get denied and feel like venturing out to give it another try, most chain drugstores seem to mark them properly on the receipt, target has worked well for people and some of the local grocers have worked out. You might be able to ask if they can show you how it appears on the receipt and explain that it's for a promotion and has to be clear as to what you purchased. They probably won't be able to change what it says, but it can keep you from filling an emergency bunker with candy for one mount code.

I bought two of the Butterfinger Fun sized bags at my local supermarket. They came up on my receipt as Butterfinger Fun. Submitted a clear image of my receipt Wednesday with the store name, date, time of puchase, and of course the two Butterfinger bags. Just got an e-mail back this morning stating that it was rejected. I tried taking a different image, this time with one bag showing, but I can't resubmit it because it says the first one is still under review. Idk. :confused:

As long as you spent $5 or more on qualifying butterfinger product (after discounts/before extra fees) it should be valid. As the submission is broken for you, I would contact ffxivbutterfinger@prizelogic.zendesk.com . Alternatively you can use the support link on the promo website, which will allow you to create a ticket via webform instead of email.

On the fifth, I bought seven Butterfinger bars from Walmart and submit my receipt that evening. I got my Email very early this morning, telling me that I'm approved for a code. I'm happy that I finally heard back from them and got my diabetes with love mount.

Mine was rejected, it was from a local gas station, and showed that I bought 3 butterfingers @ 1.75$ each. I don't want to buy more candy and from the email I got it says, "You can resubmit once for this rejected entry for the promotional period."

Any kind and honest American want me to buy them chocolate? ^^

Same thing happened to me. They just rejected my second image. This whole thing is bull.

I finally got my mount! Only took 10 days, two different email addresses to process, and several emails sent to the third party company (which butterfinger recommended I do, only for them never to answer any emails over the last 10 days I sent).

I'm exaggerating. But getting about 4 rejections before it finally processed through was annoying within that time. They say to also send the email out after it has an issue or two (to the third party company), however, I hadn't heard jack from them within that time frame after 5 days passed originally

Submitted mine on day 1, apparently cropped off the date on my receipt picture. Got rejected. Resubmitted 4 days ago.. got my mount code today. Gave all the candy to my coworkers cause I really should not have a bag of butterfingers in my house.

I don't know why everyone here seems to hate them, they're pretty good.
