What did you name your chocobo?

Kw'boo on my main

I have over 12 characters, But my main characters is Fawkes (Yes a Harry Potter reference), I have also named a few Rosebud (he's pink'ish), Yusuke (Green), Sunset (Sunset Orange/red) and I really can't remember what I named all the others. I remember those as I have been working on the alts that have those ones, but I'm sure I've come up with similar names as I usually have some reasoning to my names.

Alts, so I have -plenty-!

Enkhtuya (she's a farmer) - Gysahl (you know, uh, until about a month ago I thought the word was 'gyshal'...).
Noelle (punk) - Warhead, and her racing chocobo is named... wait for it... War Pony. Because Horse isn't an option.
Nololo (pirate) - Oakum (full name, Smoke'n'Oakum).
Nolola (goth) - Grimmwickett.
Elysia (Garlean) - Ettu.

And I've got a few other alts I haven't named yet. I should stop making alts but... I keep having character ideas... oopsie...

Changed it from a reference to an ex, to Chocobolas because I use the Hive barding helmet and it kinda looks like Nicol Bolas' head lol

It just felt natural having a black chocobo. That guy left an impression on me after kicking my ass so much as a kid. ;)

My main is named Sascha, after a member of a band I listened to growing up. My alt, Manfred Mansley has a chocobo named Manchester. I wanted something manly so it was either that or Ashley.

Welp, her first name was Chokeme, but then I grew to like her and so now she's named Shanty.

Mine was called Gallifrey from Doctor Who but then my doggo died a year or so ago so I changed it to Gizmo after him ^O^

My dear chocobo is named Mugen, it means "Infinite" in japanese, a race chocobo LvL20. Tank, Heal, Dps and he also makes sushi !

My chocobo used to have red feathers, and was named Red. Now he has white feathers, and the angelic barding, and is called Angel. Clearly I’m not very clever when it comes to naming things.

Kwehlora during ARR when I played a derpy Miqo'te. Just added two random syllables after Kweh.
Erdene ever since I switched to Au Ra in Heavensward. Supposedly it's a Mongolian name that means "jewel", if memory serves.

I was unoriginal. I did boco. Cuz of ffv. No other reason lol.

I named my white chocobo after the most badass white chocobo of all time, Trickster from FFXII. You know, that super-powered, giant, invisible chocobo of meteoric destruction that has been the bane of countless hunters?

I named her kiwi because she was green.

Now shes black and the name doesn't fit anymore :/

I named mine Fred because I have a vivid imagination.

Blizz, named after the Bounty Hunter's Jawa companion from SWTOR.

I named mine Cygnus.

Lightspeed; after one of the Technobots. Feathers are Dalumd Red. Goes nice with the RDM barding. :D

His name is Socrates.

My chocobo was called Tenebrae but when ff15 droped everyone accused me of stealing the name from ff 15. So i renamed him Tenebie.

I originally named my chocobo 'Kweh' back in 2.0, because I got the chocobo when I was tired, sleep deprived, and feeling uncreative, and just needed to type in something as a name. Then I changed it to 'Kiwi' instead when I was slightly more awake, for... reasons I honestly don't remember. But he's been Kiwi ever since.

The best name I've seen in game, though, is "Kwehzalcoatl"; I genuinely wish I'd thought of that one, because it's freakin' brilliant.
