Now I'm wondering if Hien will take a hyur wife for political reasons, and Yugiri will become his mistress(even if it means giving up being a shinobi).

Hien doesn't really strike me as the type to take a mistress. It's not impossible, I suppose...but he's made it clear that he intends to do what his people desire of him. Which, presumably, would require him to provide and groom an heir to eventually take his place since the Domans, unlike the Ala Mhigans, have no issue reinstating their monarchy. I'm sure there's plenty of Doman Hyur who would wed and bed him.
Conversely, though, there's no reason to believe that Othardians have the same prejudices against interbreeding that Eorzeans do, at least in Sui-no-Sato it seems like it's viewed as unusual but not negative.
As for the extremely serious business of shipping, I don't see why Hien wouldn't have minor wives in addition to his Empress Consort, that'd be normal and expected for a Nara Period male ruler.
The weddings that must happen during the course of further patches or expansions else I'll be thoroughly disappointed:
- Magnai and Sadu
- Aldis and Mylla
- Rhoswen and Carvallain (including a very lengthy backstory that explains Carvallain de Gorgane's connection to a certain family)
...And a couple more that I'm tempted to mention but they could be potential spoilers for the overall synopsis of Eorzea

Also need more lore and such on that particular house, because it's my favourite. In fact, need more anything Ishgard-related. Can't get enough! Ishgard Grand Company when? Ishgard housing when? Blue temple knight gauntlets when? House Fortemps glamour when?! T^T
I've been mulling this over in my head for so long. They've clearly been on better terms than they'd have anyone believe for a long time, and it's clearly more than one-sided because he's had several opportunities to be rid of her, unseized, including the Calamity.
I think it'd be great if House Durendaire tried to force him back into the fold, so he marries Rhoswen to absolutely ensure his permanent disownment from the family. Can you imagine her at an Ishgardian table for the one night it'd take to seal that deal? Boots on the table, a flagon in one hand, a pheasant leg in the other?
When all's said and done and there's no more relics to make or gear upgrades to design, I'd also like to see Gerolt and Rowena's NPCs just vanish, leaving behind nothing suspiciously wrapped-up affairs and a whirlwind of rumours.
As far as character relationships are concerned, I'm not really one for 'shipping' and as such I'm much more interested in seeing the fallout of Regula being taken from Varis. The pair were, after all, very close friends.
I'd also like to see the consequences of Yotsuyu losing her brute. He was, after all, the first person that we know of that showed concern for her well being. If she ends up letting go of the - not entirely unjustified - hatred within her and begins to lead a normal life then I'd be very keen to see if she regrets what happened to him.
Indeed Moose, those two were one of the other story-related couples I was alluding to in my earlier post. I've also been asking for more in-depth quests related to Rowena... she's a curious case study all by herself. For Carvallain, I half expected his story to be told in later patches of Heavensward but I guess the Devs intend to drag this one out till much later.
By the way, I can completely visualize her as you described above... and I'll add "extremely colourful language at the dinner table" to the above.

I mean, just look at them. Honestly, their bickering also has its loose similarities to Magnai and Sadu except that those two just don't know it yet.
The other one is a certain Lalafell (who works for a certain mega-genius engineer) who just might be infatuated with a certain Lalafell ummm... Seamstress? She has various other talents but she seems to have a knack and talent for making clothes.
Yet another one is Pipin and a certain famous Lalafell but but BUT it has to evolve very organically for it to be believable, otherwise it will just come off as cheesy and cliche.
