Early morning orders appears to not have had a working automated code distribution whereas current orders do. Depending on the rep you talk to, you may be told to just wait. Cancelling and re-ordering is probably faster and will get you the code immediately. Still waiting on my code too, but my order actually shipped so I have to wait for them to either sort out the list or wait out the two days.

Even looking at stuff that is A) Over $19.99 and B) Is sold and shipped by Amazon.com, I don't see the FFXIV promo.

Like, I could buy Overwatch, but there's no promo. Is it only Square Enix games?

I don't own a console. I have a good mouse, keyboard, headset, and mousepad, so I don't need any of that stuff. The only games I'm interested in don't have the promo advertised.

To order digital items on amazon.com you need an American shipping address registered on the account. If you wanted you could take a random place in the US and find a matching address and ZIP. Or if you have a friend in the US you could use their address as well.

So I spoke to a live rep and he gave me a code, but it only 16 Digits and when I enter it on Mog Station under enter item code it say invalid. So is the code I got missing a few digit or I enter it at a wrong place?

Wrong place. If I'm correct, you go here: http://www.ffxivredeem.com and input the code, and it'll give you a series of additional codes that you put in at mogstation.

Sorry. I had a case of the dumbs. Some items have it right under the price info with a nice FFXIV graphic. Others have it a bit further down.

You must order from amazon.com as a Canadian. I am currently jumping through hoops and getting severely upset about it. I ordered Bravely Second this morning. It's shipped. I have no code yet. And it is now $10 cheaper from when I ordered it.. this morning. They will not give me $10 USD back, lol. That's an extra fantasia I could have had!

A good thing to do with this kind of stuff is not jump on it right away and wait until middle/end of day of when it started cause never know if it might be messed up and not working correctly.

I usually take that stance with games themselves (no hopping on Day 1 when the world is exploding), but I guess I'll be applying that to promotions as well from now on. I wouldn't mind so much IF Amazon's support were on the same page. Instead it feels like I brought a coupon in to a restaurant where if you buy a meal you get a free dessert within two hours. Thirty minutes in, those of us who were seated at opening don't have our dessert, but all the new customers are getting their dessert immediately upon putting their meal order in. An hour later I ask the waitress about the dessert but she tells me to wait out the full two hours, meanwhile one table over someone else brings it up and is promptly handed their dessert. I know the time period it said, but the overall feeling is neglect. :(

Europe says "hello". Seriously wouldn't surprise me if only NA get this promo. Few games I would buy/pre-order from amazon.co.uk as well so win/win.

While they can get the Amazon Promo code, it must be entered on the http://www.ffxivredeem.com website which then gives you 6 Mogstation codes. Those codes are only good for the NA accounts on mogstation.
I cant confirm they'll work for EU, but at the bottom after entering my code, it stated the 6 codes would only work on NA account.

Just remember to do so from a different amazon account as it's limited to one promotional code per account.

edit about 3hr later: (reached daily post quota) Just got a response from my email in to support with the code. They didn't give any reason for it not getting sent out with the order confirmation or shipping notice. If you're still waiting for your codes good luck to you!

FFFUUUUUU wish I knew about this, lol. There was a nice headset I was eyeing pretty good but it didn't have the dang promotion on it. Ended up settling for some Turtle Beaches, which aint bad, was a bit more than the other ones but this pair was still solid.

After making sure everything was in order with a rep, I pre-ordered Pokémon Moon (it will ship to Canada) and received my code by email instantly. I'm still a bit disappointed that amazon.ca isn't in on the promotion but eh :/

Uff, so many people getting their codes instantly and I ordered yesterday morning and still haven't received them. Rep said I would receive them today, but why are mine on hold if the codes are clearly already ready and going out to people? DDD;

Same here, I ordered a game yesterday which had the promo listed. It shipped last night and still no promo code. I'll wait till tomorrow then contact their support if I haven't received anything.

Email Amazon and they will send you the code. There was a issue with the early orders and the codes didn't go out. This happened to me, I emailed them and had the code within the hour from a helpful rep.

Unfortunately this all depends on the rep you get. I spoke via chat to a rep yesterday and even through they were very polite, they pretty much told me that I needed to wait the 2 days.
