Dancing nymphs, fairy's or Miqo'te cancan girls for Bard then lol
I miss my wyvern quite a bit, I even named my chocobo Mikan. DRG Solo FTW!
Please explain how the facts I stated were ignorant simply because you did not like what I said. Doesn't that make you ignorant for not seeing it from another persons standpoint?? Did I say that having a pet was stupid? Did I say I didn't like it? Nope. I just said it didn't make sense to me why they added a pet drake for it didn't truly fit into the realm of FF, worked in FFXI but many of us think it should only exist if FFXI. Want to play a pet class well we are getting Beastmaster of sorts and Summoner of sorts down the road.
why it doesnt make sense.. and why it "only" worked in FFXI and so should not in FFXIV, especially when FFXI and FFXIV are so similiar to each other? "its traditional that the dragon doesnt has a pet to his side. look at the traditional series" your arguments are really silly, sorry to say..
i mean there is at least no real difference between the lancer class (which is almost a traditional dragoon rip off, just without jump attacks) .
I mean the lancer is already a puristic warrior with just a polearm as a weapon.. why implementing dragoon for then? it dont really change the playstyle of a lancer.. if i chose to switch to that job. eh?
well lets see.. its to early... but i think it would have made the classes in FFXIV much more colorful... than just having puristic classes with "no extras". i like hybrids, petclasses in the game for more variety, thats my matter of taste.
bard and paladin are classes for example which are putting more excitement into the class system... a gladiator can totally switch to an other role, with magic heal power and maybe auras as well.. while gladiator is a puristic shield tank without magic.
but what a lancer can turn into? still stick to the puristic polearm warrior? well maybe im missing the second job option you could chose as a lancer
well and you dont get the point... gladiator is the basic class in this case.. and gladiator is a puristic shield melee tank without group supporting spells, healing magic and auras or something like it..
which a gladiator can switch to, if he switches to the paladin job, he turns into a healing and supporting hybrid tank. and thats what i call an "extra" for a class.
well maybe its also the reason i like no puristic melee classes without any magic or something.. for example warrior or mauradeur.
