How is your new zodiak drop rates so far?

FINALLY got Damn Satasha Hard done. I refuse to ever play it ever again after 20+ runs of that damn place.

So as an update, I've been doing tam-tara, pharos sirus and AK for the last two days. Yesterday I farm these at random for 5 hours, today it's been 6 hours of farming. I haven't gotten a single drop. So that's 11 hours of farming for nothing. Before anyone asks, yes, I have the quest. lol. Either I have run out of luck or I'm glitched. Probably not the latter, it just feels that way.

Took 6 days to complete. Never kept logs on drops. The hardest part was coming up with 3200 sol in the end.
& I wasted a two full day's between raiding and sleeping.

Managed to get my Haukke one that had been eluding me as well as all of the treasure ones. So now I'm up to the HQ item section of that path. Slowly but surely. ^_^ 1200 to my second soldiery item too. Hopefully I can get this all wrapped up in 2 weeks or o.

I haven't been keeping track of this because it's so depressing. The first 2 dungeons I did I got them in one try, and then i noticed this trend of slowing down in the next 2-3 dungeons. I've literally been at it for 12 hours straight today and have not gotten a single item. Every time the duty pops I want to vomit looking at the dungeon picture.

Finished in about 2 and a half days (about 25ish hours). Just missing soldiery now.

still need 5 dungeons, working on the lost city (0/30)

Since I've still got a lot of soldiery to get, the trick I've found is to unlock all the dungeon parts of each quest FIRST using my limited pool of soldiery. That way, I can farm the RNG dungeon drops WHILST getting more soldiery. It kills two birds with one stone as it were.

Just finished the relic quest yesterday and didn't keep track of how long it took me for most. What I do know is that Hullbreaker, Qarn HM, Snowcloak and Halatali HM all took me the longest to complete. It took me about 2-3 days of grinding (15++ runs each) to get their items. I hate those dungeons now. Pharos took me a bit too but it was definitely under 10 runs. Everything else was much faster taking under 5 runs. I remember getting quite a few items in one run so I figured it balanced itself out. Now I'm a proud owner of Last Resort. :P

After getting eleven drops so far, my drop rate has been about 20%. Sacrificed a goat and got AV, Sastasha Hard and Sunken Temple Hard in the first go. Lost City in the second. All others have been around 6-10 runs.

I think I can consider myself pretty damn lucky to have 13 out of 16 items with merely 57 dungeon run attempts overall up to now. Unfortunately, I'm locked down to Dzemael Darkhold now all alone and the wait time on DF is quite long currently. I hope this won't take long either or else this might get painful.

I do not remember all the numbers but I got every item in less than 8 runs, I am pretty sure. I am quite satisfied with the quest so far, my only problem will be the crafting items. Not that I do not have enough gil, I am just not willing to spend them. :D

Didn't note mine explicitly, but it was about 7 runs per dungeon (~15% Droprate) on average, however there were a couple of first/second trys as well as some 15+ ones. Still need 1300 Soldiery to finish weapon :)

So far my only grueling one was Hullbreaker Isle... 1/32
One of my FC mates went 1/27 for AV. He was losing his mind near the end.

My best drop is 1/3 my average is closer to 1/12 and going higher fast. Yesterday I went 0/40+ before giving up. I am down to last 4 items and was queueing in the ex roulette. Will keep trying.

The best for me was at 1° try doing Roulette Hm, Happened 3 times, lol è_é

Last update. I farmed for another three hours before getting the drops from these three dungeons pretty much one after another. Then I did stone vigil and got 1/3. Finished the quest and got my book this morning. It looks very angelic. Much more healer-like than the other book.

I didn't document all of mine, but I feel like I've been pretty lucky after seeing some people needing 30+ runs for one of them.

My best run was absolutely Dzemael Darkhold. I caught an in-progress run on my first time where everyone was at the final boss and got my drop from it. 4 mins total in DD. :D

My worst so far was Brayflox. I think I needed about 15-20 runs to get that one. It's hard to remember exactly because I queued for every dungeon I had open at the time and I didn't always get Bray's, but it was definitely quite a few of them. I'm glad it was that dungeon I got hung up on though, the full run hardly ever took longer than 11 mins, even the few times I caught a new player bonus.

I still need Sastasha/Snowcloak and then I'll be done. And Sastasha.....think I've only run it about 6-7 times but I'm already tired of it. Especially when they pair me with another Bard, the Kraken takes so long to kill :(

I've cleared 12 out of 16 dungeons now, most of them dropped under 5 runs, except Quan and Tam-tara which hates me now. I'm sure I did more than 10 runs each already.

On a side note, someone in Tonberry Server ran 69 runs of Aururm Vale to get that drop.

That's the definition of an almost neverending nightmare - it's quite shocking to read such stories and it's nearly unbelievable that someone has done more runs for a single item than others for almost all of them.

I guess you can call yourself lucky if you get out of this grind with only a few attempts for each one. I only have Halatali and Snow Cloak left and am @ 61 dungeons.

But there's still around 2,000 Soldiery to collect....

unreal kinda scared thats gonna happen to me. tried an extra two hours now.. nothing tried switching it up to other classes to see if that will help. nothing.

It's kind of real. Among the handful of my FC mades who finally done with their relics (and some still yet to complete), some have ran certain dungeons for 20-30 times before seeing it drop.

All the dungeons are finally done. 16/90 ~ 17.77% dropped rate and I'm glad no dungeon went over 12x. Now I need 700 Soldiery for the last water.

Can anyone confirm if you can get these items on a job under 50?

I realize you don't need to be on the job for the quest, but I saw DD as opportunity to level my Ninja up. I've only done 6, but I'm just worried I may not actually be killing 2 birds with one stone.

To the people that needed soldiary still when you finished you guys got really lucky, I was finished with it and still had 5 dungeons left to go. I think soldiary was put in to slow down people who got really lucky.

still blocked at 8/16 items. The 5 items I can get for now refuse to drop no matter what :(
