Server Maintenance During Peak Time

Because it's work hour during JP so you know... they can get people to WORK?

So, not complaining about the maintenance hours - I'm doing laundry to pass the time - but you seem to have missed the, "This is something that will only be implemented for Worlds on the Japan data centers," at the start of that section.

Those times are *only* for the JPN servers. They do not mean that the lowest volumes across all regions are at those times.

15 minutes late the servers finally come up and i log in on the dot of when they come back up. I got hit with the 1017 error. How in the hell does a 5000 person server fill in less then a minute? What? Bots need to make up on time lost? Give me a break. -.- Looks like i am watching a movie until the initial entry fad wears off.

They do log in restrictions right after a server comes back up from maintenance to throttle how many people go in at a time to prevent the log in server derping out.

Actually there is a simple solution they just didn't bother to find it. If they did this 3 hours earlier it would have been 11pm London time, most European players would be done for the night. It would have been 8am in Japan, so normal work hours. It would have been 4pm Eastern time in US so prime time wouldn't have started yet. Much better timing than this...
