What I do find funny, is that the issue doesn't really fall on SE as much as it does Globalcollect.
So after waiting 2 hours I'm told there's nothing they can do and that the initial fraud lockout was 48 hours and since I tried again today it added another 24 hours. that's a total of 72 hours I have to wait till I can try to sub. WTF! Then the agent disconnects as i'm asking them why we're told to contact them if there's nothing they can do. VERY UPSET right now.
Seriously this is beyond insane.
Ok so the only reason why I cannot buy crysta is because in my square enix account, I chose Puerto Rico, instead of United States as country (even though Puerto Rico is US territory...). Does anyone know, if I make a new square enix account, and choose United States this time, can I move my service account (my character) to the new square enix account or are service accounts unable to be moved between square enix accounts??
