Remove Garuda+ Duty Finder requirement from story quest

Ya know, it took me 5 tries to do this guy.

Before trying: Over-leveled pro monk with phat blue loot calls me out - says if we fail it's my fault because I'm watching cut scene.

1st try - I die due to nerves and not sticking close enough to rocks.
2nd try - Pro monk dies. Healer res. Healer dies on unavoidable AOE.
3th try - Pro monk says we need to heal. I work with healer to top as priority instead of damaging boss. We're not doing enough damage and we wipe.
4rd try - Pro monk dies. Healer could not res in time. Didn't get to unavoidable AOE. Tank chuckles a bit.
5th try - Pro monk does not die! I cast Apocatastasis on people! We win!

What I took away from this is: we need less pro players and more teamwork.

As for duty finder, I have never failed to finish a dungeon where the tank stuck it out. Done every dungeon up to Aurum Vale at least 6 times. I think we tend to reflect more on the negative experiences, but don't let that affect your teamwork.

I ran it with people who done it before and we failed every time over and over till time ran out or just give up. Frustrated I just avoided it for a couple days. Then finally got a group with all first timers. With my little knowledge from failed attempts I explained what I knew. We wiped twice. first time we seen how it went, 2nd time we get her to roughly 10-15% but just couldn't ramp up the dps enough to take her out. Third time we just ignored the last wave of feathers and focused all our attention on her and destroyed her. I was spamming cure 3s and medica like a fool lol. It was so much fun. Story just get awesome beyond that as well. Just loving this game right now.

if players aren't put into these situations, many of them will never get better.
