who said anything about i was holding down autorun to lock it? i was mining then got attacked while mining. my autorun was not being used when it locked. what is so hard to understand it is glitchy and does it on its own? anything that locks your bar for no reason is a waste hence why a bug report was sent on it.

Wasn't talking specifically to any one person LoL... as for bugs they WILL happen, but the bug forum is over that way!!! No need to get all insecure, yeesh people xD lmao

and my autorun is my l3 key on my controller. ya know the thumb button which is also my direction controller. i click it once to autorun while controlling my player. when i pass by a friend i use my emote key to bow/wave or whatever and it locks. my menu is set for my start button so that is not going to be changed.

I noticed that the party member selected doesn't highlight in the party list when you cycle through them using up/down during sub targeting.

If you can fix that so it highlights I'll be a happy bunny.

Ya this is why I said it's NEAR perfect before in this thread ... this small ui issue is quite annoying and was actually what is missing for it to be perfect to me xD Not sure why this hasn't been fixed yet *^.^*

.... i thought it was obvious,... Yarget mode A & B, hence the word either.
Let me rephrase that... i want free targetting, and dont want any of the 2 optional targeting
modes getting stuck on w/e last i used after the battle has ended, in wich it does now.

If it's still unclear... after the battle has ended it stays stuck in "Enemy Mode", at this point i have to
press /tmode a & after that /tmode b yet again to go back to "Target All".
I couldnt care less as mage for enemy / friendly targeting system.

Mage / Conjurer / Thaummy.... you do 2 things, Heal & nuke.
ANd speaking from experience on my server, tanks here dont seem to know what Provoke mean.
Then again, enemity is still an issue, melee just have to focus on one thing.

I play diffrently, i like to solo & also like to do many things at once, heal when i need & nuke when i must.
Also the main reason this new "Perfect" targeting system suck dodo B*lls, especially if it gets stuck in
some damn mode i dont even have chosen.

If i want target all, then thats what i want, not enemy / nor friendly.
Now...where's that option?

This is my problem too, why am I targeting party membors in enemy filter mode. Why even have an Enemy filter? the targeting that is most important is when you have 3 mobs all on top of each other and your trying to select the one everyeone else is attacking. I dont want to have to cycle through all party membors and enemys in sight : : not good.

Yes it was strange at first, but this change is just awesome.
I can finally press down to target myself like the old times. Left/Right for enemies and Up/Down for party members (and they are highlighted in the party menu).

SO it's perfect.

And also for ppl saying they press auto-run and other buttons and you will continue to do that because you want. It's not SE fault that you don't know how to play the game.

It's like saying you dont want to access the menu but you want to keep pressing the menu button <.<

Left/right = enemies (only), up/down = party members (only).

How is it possible to accidentally target party members when the set-up is so simple?

Unless you are talking about the system being glitchy and targetting enemies and party members at the same time in the Enemy filter mode while pressing left/right.
