Awww! That's awesome Chantrix! Thank you for sharing. :)
I'd like to share my own experience thus far with Tribe.
I initially heard about Tribe when I was playing TERA and posted a thread in the official forums there looking for a guild. Unfortunately the PM Dave (Liono Dragonstar, aka current Tribe FC leader) didn't reach me before another group did and I had already accepted their invite. Regardless, Dave's PM so impressed me that when the leadership of the guild I had joined just up and poofed and deleted our guild site, everything, our little guild was left shocked and confused and we decided the best thing was to take our little group and find another guild we could all join as a group & I remembered Dave's PM and suggested we check out Tribe.
That was around June 2012. There were 8 of us. I know 100% 4 of us are still playing with Tribe today. Its been a great ride. Unfortunately TERA just wasn't my game, so it was only a couple weeks more before we hit max level and got bored. But I still remained active on the forums, watching with other Tribers in our Game News section for the next new thing to play. I ended up in the GW2 chapter and had a blast. And even though I hadn't really played with the community for very long (in comparison to some of the people who've been in this community for the whole 12+ years!) I applied for and became a Recruitment Guide. After a few great months, I resigned from the position with no hard feelings and took my leave of GW2 for something else to play. Unfortunately it took a bit of time, but I had some fun playing with other Tribers on a less organised (non-Chapter) front...such as a group of us repeatedly dying in Cube World. hehe. That was good times.
When the FF OB happened, I decided to check it out...I wasn't at all sure FF was for me and my husband was even less impressed...then we played it. We're still playing. Being a part of Tribe has made that great experience just that much better. I absolutely love it when we can all group up and go do something together, whether its a community event, someone of us needing an 8 man, randomly decided to do a FATE group together, or just grouping up for a pretty screenshot, its always a good time. I hope others will find the same joy in playing with Tribe that I have because its been a great time and I look forward to our future together.

We've had a few more leadership promotions in Tribe since the last time I wrote about them:
Recruitment Guide: Astridy Tyrwll (aka Daniel) - http://www.tribegaming.com/content.p...ruitment-Guide
Raid Attendance Guide: Ventashar Ashvion (aka Rob) - http://www.tribegaming.com/content.p...tendance-Guide
And with Crafting being such an important role in this game, we've created a new officer position:
Crafting/Bank Guide: Thomas Gallant (aka Jonathan) - http://www.tribegaming.com/content.p...-FFXIV-Chapter
It is also with great pleasure that we announce that the FF Chapter's current second-in-command has received an event further promotion into the Tribe Community Leadership as a Chapter Support Officer.
Oronis Markgren (aka John) - http://www.tribegaming.com/content.p...ficer-Position
Congratulations to you all! :)

We have a great community and are thriving in FFXIV ARR. It's been great getting to know part of the old crews from several other of Tribe Chapters as well as new members to Tribe and to FF in general.
Looking forward to another great week with Tribers and the rest of the Leviathan Community!

The great thing about Tribe is since we have a very active company there are people from many different time zones. I have yet to log into game without 10+ people on, and usually it is 40+. As Niyogi said, we have 3 separate time zone raids, so most likely you can find a good fit for your schedule.

We're getting ready for our next community event, check us out:

FC Tribe
I have been a Tribe FC member for a few weeks now and can say without a doubt, the best FC to be in! Great people and events. Our leadership exemplifies true dedication to running an equal and motivated group. I enjoy spending time helping others and love the fact that when I need help, there is always a team member willing to assist. Its great to see the progression our raid teams are making in BC. There isn't an individual entity within Tribe, it is a team effort. So, if your looking for a progressive end game FC with great people, and you are willing to contribute to prosperous growth of yourself and the FC, TRIBE!

Thanks Davion for sharing that. Just means that I'm not the only one that thinks that and that even new members see Tribe for what it is, a great community.
