no CE items in game mail

Mine says CE but my boyfriend's does not. I don't really know what's going on >.<

Just checked the latest tweet by SE and they don't have an entitlement for the Actual game nor the CE version yet for the accounts. It is possible they will not be available till after launch. I attempted to register my game key for my account and the key spaces were different.

Me either... but I have the 1.0 CE box and everything... so looks like I will be on the phone for hours trying to get through to CS...

is mogstation even live yet? i didnt think it was...

Went live a few hours ago :) Now if only I had my CE code from GMG so I could register it...

ah explains some things up. but i have no idea when ill get my CE box in the mail so i can get that code to register the code to get my CE items. am i just unfortunate to not get it, yet other have gotten their boxes?

I'm not sure, I ordered the digital CE, so I'm just waiting on my code. My early access email said my digital CE code would be emailed shortly before launch on the 27th. Hopefully that means it will come today!

yay! That would be awesome if they send the email today/tonight! I'm glad to find out that I'm not the only one with this situation. Also is my character photo pulling up for anyone? On my comp it has a blank silhouette, and still shows my char as level 3.../shrug
