Yes, my service accounts list everything, but I'm still having the same problem everyone else is.Quote:
Do your service accounts list ffxiv with preorder and game access?
@PetiteMalFleur - yes, everything is listed there just the same, open beta, early access, and standard edition in services.
@Trae - Midgars ftw!~ keep faith, I'm with Mors4 on the thought that it will all be fixed at the start of Early Access
relevant: something for everyone to keep in mind is, at this moment in time it is 4:30 AM in japan. They are sleeping.
That is exactly my concern. They don't have a NA technical support staff, I guess. So whenever we encounter problems during the day here, we're going to have to put the game back on the shelf until the next day, or at least very late at night.Quote:

The 3102 error was fixed at 11 pm Sunday night my time (ET). That's roughly when their work day started. I'm not expecting them to address this issue until, at earliest, 11 pm tonight.
According to Twitter, they've fixed some code issue that PC buyers were having, so at least someone is working somewhere. Hopefully we're next!

I work in advertisement and there is no way in hell that we'd have the weekend off if we had a pitch or a campaign to present on Monday. It's part of the job. They know it. We know it. And if there is a problem, we do not leave the room unless it is to get food, use the facilities or put out some other fire. Trust me. These guys are working overtime. They know what is at stake. They know how gamers get. What makes an mmo is the the community and word of mouth. These guys took the server down on sunday to fix a bug, put it back up two hours before beta was over and extended it for 6 hours. If it were anyone else, they would have just ended Beta.
