Will non combative classes (Disciplines of the Hand/Land) be able to pursue a quest grind system of levelling like the combative classes will be able to? If not, why?

Will there be any FATE's aimed (either primarily or as equals) at gathering and crafting classes?
Stuffed toys were recently mentioned for player housing, will they give any non cosmetic benefits to the player?
Is there any chance we'll see shepherd or any other DoL classes in ARR aside from the 3 we currently have?
It has already been mentioned that fishing will be a unique gathering class, with even weather effecting it. Will mining and botany be equally unique? Or will they be almost identical, just with different tools and resources gathered, like they were in 1.xx?
Is anything planned to make the crafting classes unique from each other? It seems to be pretty identical from what we've seen of carpentry and leatherworking, without either class really having any unique characteristics aside from the tools used and the items used/made. When the metal working classes (GSM, ARM and BSM) are introduced, that line will become even more foggy. For instance, BSM and ARM are in the same building and share many of the same recipes, how will they be made more distinct from one another?
Will there be quest rewards beyond the usual gear/gil/exp fare? Things like unlocking unique locations and services? For instance, helping a merchant or an airship owner, and then being able to access the items that merchant sells or access that location via airship from then on?
Will miqo'te (and ALL of the other races) children exist in ARR?
When the list of Discontinued Achievements was announced, I made sure to acquire everything on that list before the final save.
Now I would like to ask: What is the progress of the rest of the achievements that are being adjusted for ARR? Are there any notable changes to certain old achievements?
And for me personally, It'd be great to confirm that no further old achievements were discontinued after 1.0's end. Some people might be a little bit upset (both of them). :P
