That's basically what he said just now in the Letter.

Also, Ul'dah looks amazing. I can't even explain why. It looks largely unchanged. But it looks so much better.

He is reffering to a "scout class" such as Thief or Ninja. i believe this was also i Rein's translated G4 article for refference
