Well heres how I pronunce them, I have a heavy accent though
Hyur - H-your
Elezen - Al-Zin
Lalafell - La-la-fhel (easy one)
Miqo'te - Mih-COH-tee
Roegadyn - Row-AH-Dhin
Chocobo - Cho-Cha-Bow
Paladin- PUH-lad-inn
Thaumaturge - Th-au-mah-tage
Merlwyb Bloefhiswyn- Add-mih-ril
No idea if these are right could be wildly off
It seems everyone says " la la fel", am I the only one that combines the first set lol "Lawl-a-fell" XD
Dubstep you say Cho.. Ch A.. Bo ? :D
Nice Merlwyb ^_^
Yeah it's been pointed out before, my pronunciation of that and paladin seems to be amusing to some people. :)
It think the correct one is Choke-A-Bow, but that just seems wierd to me
I also ask for "hulls" instead of heals in a party, it took awhile for the US players on FF11 to understand wth I was asking for
I go with Cho Ko Bo, like a screwed up hot coco (Ko Ko).
Cho like in choke, ko as in coexist, bo in bow the weapon not the movement (movement is like ba-ow... or something lol).

Are you Limsan? Hulls could go well with your Add-mih-ril :D
Gysahl Greens - *SNEEZE* greens
It's written/pronounced (ギサールの野菜, Gisāru no Yasai) in Japanese, so gee-SAHL greens?
.. Gay-Shil Greens.. (shil like chill because I felt Gay-sahl was really awkward to move my mouth to)

But I'd love to see what others have said because honestly I was always sure something better was out there lol (I more or less dont care about the accurate pronunciation as much as the one I think sounds the coolest XD)
Gee-sal greens
Vilhem. Random unrelated question, were you also Vilhem in ffxi and happen to have played on what was Titan server?
as for the pronunciations
Hyur: H-yer (kinda soft H soud rolled into yer)
Elezen: El-eh-zen
Miqo'te: Mee-koh-teh
roegadyn: Roh-gah-din
i always thought "Hyur" would be "Hire".
Elezen: El Eh Zen
Lalafell: should be pretty obvious.
Miqo'te: Meh Koh Te
Roegadyn: Roh Gah Din
another one that really bothers me is Paladin. Seems like another obvious one...
I've always said "Pal Uh Din" and have always heard this this way. When i hear people say "Puh Lad In" it just sounds stupid.
