Great info, happy to see the new character models. Next couple months are going to go by very quick for me because work is sending me to all sorts of different countries. When I'm finally done hopefully release will be right around the corner!

Gotta say this was a great LotP. Lots of fun interesting things to read and see. Yoshi-P I really hope FFXIV will turn out to be a great success, you and your team are putting so much effort and I want to see it pay off. I for one will be spreading the word of FFXIV everywhere i go!

I personally was glad to hear news on some music changes. I am curious what they do with the music. I enjoyed the new Gridania theme, but I strongly feel certain songs should stay the same. Something they could do, is make "Old Gridania" play the 1.0 theme, while "Gridania" could play the ARR theme. Either way I still have 100% trust in the FFXIV team.

I'm definitely going to play different races in phase 1&2 if I indeed receive an invite. As for phase 3 though I know I'll be glad to get my character back.

Great to read as always. I drew a curse from the shrine around where I live, so I'm glad someone got a great fortune at least! I can't wait for the beta, although I may be too occupied with upcoming workloads to spend much time on it, unfortunately ; ;.

So male Miqo'tes have been called "Manqo'tes", Female Roegadyns are "Roegadames", is there a nickname for female highlanders?

Man and I thought for the life of me I thought someone told me no one the gaming industry was playing FF XIV Alpha shows what that person knows.
