That's why I vote for these hats be HQ

I am actually happy about this. Currently if you get NQ crawler cocoons or fail to HQ Vanya silk you are SOL and stuck with worthless skill up parts. Now there is a use for it.
If the stats are good then I am all for this.

Pretty sure there will be HQ versions of these hats, Yoshi and friends just wanted to extend the market and make use of all those nq rose gold nugget, ingots and so on.

Because they were pretty much useless before this patch.

Just saw one on a miqote. It has a round black leather skullcap underneath, so the top hat effect is totally ruined
