Is there a reason why WHM is the weakest healer in all fields?

I am glad the majority of the community feel that the healers are in a very bad spot. The worst since the game went into A realm reborn. I will remain hopeful that they will start swinging the pendulum back to healers from tanks and hopefully restore the job identity we had. White mage, Astro and scholar need to have their identity restored. I have no opinion on Sage as I am not interested in the job thematic.

I agree. It sounds silly, but even the little choices seem hell bent on making healers as miserable to play as possible, like the E. Dyskrasia removal. It feels vindictive.

Here's another question, why is it 15s instead of 20s? Chain strategem is 20s. Divination is 20s. Why wouldn't PoM be 20s? It's clearly meant to be their personal burst, shouldn't it at least match with the others?

There isn't any logic here though, it's literally just overlooked and forgotten, just like a lot of WHMs kit.
How Asylum is the weakest aoe regen on the longest CD is still beyond me.
