Picto is WAY over tuned for having as much utility as it does at the moment, as said countless times already.

Using two picto is probably bad idea, because the buff overlap each other and other buff is going to be wasted. However, selfish dps jobs does not have that problem. Anyway, it is already confirmed Black mage gonna have potency adjustments before savage open.

Rdm just has too much instant utility.., Smns healing is way too situational (/ time limited.., and the lower SC timer doesn't change much for rezes.its instantly used on Garu
..., noway will / should Rdm have more dpa than a Smn
... and Smn mobility is high, but its dash is often useless (tied to the Ifrit rota) or a hindrance (ffing animation lock..., killed me enough during Ex1..)
... and Smns rota can ff you up, when boss phases are pushed or delayed (killing adds faster), you can end up with Ifrit in an boss phase, you don't want / didn't plan
...
Smn has its own issues in high end content, useless healing, weak dps buff, and SC shorter timer didn't change much for rezes.., dont see how Rdm is allowed to do more dps

same for Picto, noway is Pct allowed to do more dps than Blm..., but truthfully, either Pct will get a nerf (new jobs are almost always too OP at release, to attract excitement & new players) or Blm will get a buff

I used to do hc progs back in ARR to Heavensward prior to Red Mage. Obviously the design philosophy was different, enrages were more unforgiving, savage was a mess. During early SB I did semi-HC progging but stopped caring and I'll admit I haven't really done HC progging since. All of my old main jobs feel worse to play so I don't care how long it takes to prog, if the jobs were good I probably would be semi-hc again. Most of my current Savage experience comes from progging with my FC and static and we tend to find it faster to reset and try again instead of bringing a res mage to mass res. We did try mass res style for a while but we found it to not be worth it, especially since no one really wanted to play SMN or RDM either.
Im personally on team remove raises from non-healers or make them have incredibly long CDs so im biased against RDM being Res mage anyway.
