the ability to wear any armor regardless of the job

Lately I've been wanting a whole new and improved system for make-up. (　´∀｀)b ~♥
It would be nice if we could layer different make-ups like the eye shadow, blush, freckles, and so on while adding more make-up, tattoos, etc.

Belts as all seperate glamour.... pretty much any pair of pants and the likes has a forced on belt, that you can't change look, and belts even hits bottom of the tops as well, so I believe custom belts would be a nice option as well, or a menu on gear to change the look of the belts and in some cases even complete removal.

It would grant massive diversity options.

To have more than 1 wearable make-up/face-paint slot

The character creator needs an *actual* update such as this

There are a lot of hairstyles that i wanna use, but when you use them with a hat the game automatically shortens them. Would be cool to let us decide that.
