I don't play every day because I am very busy at the moment but I still enjoy the game and have lots to do whenever I find the time to login!
Currently I am trying to get every Manderville relic which takes some time since I am not actively farming tomestones. I also still need two 100 tome items from the anniversary event. After that I may finally try Eureka from which I have only seen a little part so far. Aaand don't even get me started on all the crafting stuff I want to do for my house. The day has not enough hours xD
I am? I play 5v5 everyday just because l enjoy it. I also recently found a feature called new game+. That just gave me a tons of things to do. I bought story skip because l find it lame that content is locked behind story. Now l get to do it at at my own pace.
I am. I semi-recently returned to FFXIV after a break that started shortly after EW release.
I made this Femroe as an expression for doing something for me. A race I've always wanted to play on a server I've always wanted to play on. The idea for her is that if I really like Hrothgals, I'll fantasia this character into one. If not, then I've come to love being a Femroe so much that I'm still going to main her. Being a new character on a server new to me, she has a lot to do to catch-up! It's been a lot of fun. Glamour is one of my favorite things to do and glamming a Femroe after being a Miqo'te for a decade has been interesting.
I play every single day. I have my gripes with EW and SQ and I wish they could do something about (or at least acknowledge) the state of Materia DC. But I unapologetically love FFXIV.
I'm a newer player, I still have lots to do, and even when I catch up on most everything from past expansions I'll still probably continue achievement hunting and going after the really long grinds.
I'd love to play FFXIV. That's why I go to the forums I guess, in the hopes that the game will finally stop going in the wrong direction and actually compete for my time again instead of releasing dead on arrival content and turning away from the writing and elements I used to enjoy in it.
Sadly these days I cannot find anything fun or worth doing. It's especially frustrating when (usually newer) players tell me I'm supposedly burnt out or to just take a break...I can't burn out of a game that I'm not able to play because of the lack of worthwhile content. I've been on break pretty much the whole expansion.
I can't believe the mmorpg that gave me stuff like the Ivalice Raids and Shadowbringers storyline has become a ghost of it's former self. FFXIV deserved better.
I do play this game. You have to at least log in once a fortnight to use the Forums, you know...
I take breaks, usually to play a 1P game that came out recently (just finished Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, though I took a break from that at the 2/3 mark to play Pokémon Scarlet: The Teal Mask DLC), but while I'm not exactly happy with the relative dearth of content (we only get one dungeon per patch now... seriously... makes Roulettes stale as all get out after X.1) I still enjoy the game when I play it.
