If this player is indeed RMT, it is likely they are using a bot of some sort to relist items. Depending on what the market looks like on the servers mentioned, the bot probably isn't tracking the cost to make the item. Maybe they made the item when it was selling for 1M. But now it is selling for 420k. And they'll just undercut by 1 gil the whole way down from 1M to 420k. And below. Just a guess. I've seen weird stuff with assumed RMT before.

This player currently only has one mission. Track down my retainers, sell all the items I sell and undercut myself by 50% of the value on multiple servers. He/she floods the market and ruins the prices on every server. If he/she doesn't sell something on a server and I put a new item up for sale, it takes 2-3 hours for the market to be flooded with that item. He/she stalks me on every light server.
