I've always wondered how the concept works in expanding the kit of an existing combat job for an upcoming expansion.
What is the procedure of creating new PvE Actions for a specific job?

You have managed to impress players every time a new expansion released when a PvE Job got an improved or revised repertoire regarding both effects and their animations. I want to say thank you for releasing Job Action trailers to show off what work you have put in that matter and to get us excited for what to come.

Any plans on revamping the glamour system in 7.0?

To elaborate, a glamour system akin to WOW's transmogrification system would do this game wonders. Being able to save more than 20+ plates. Being able to have a catalog of all the armor pieces you can get in game that allows you to try it out without having it on hand.

It would be awesome and QoL enhancing if armor that you received from doing content gets automatically unlocked, and you don't have to store it in the glamour dresser/armoire. It is automatically stored for you in such a catalog.

Are there any plans to reduce or remove the entry barrier for future Criterion Dungeons (like how gear from other content wasn't a requirement to participate in Bozja related content) so that we can play this content with a different role than we did in Savage raids and so that players who don't engage with Savage raiding aren't alienated from this content?
