Primal Data Center Log-in issues

Yeah support is always useless.

So I was finally able to get back in and did a few things in game for 3-4hrs... but then I made the mistake of visiting my retainers. Immediate disconnect. Back into 90002 purgatory on Primal. Fun start to my birthday. ;)

it is just the fact, that SE has not said anything about what is going on AND support is saying it is not an issue on the game's side. It clearly an issue on their side but as with a lot of things, SE doesn't want to admit fault. At least that is what it feels like to me.

Still can't connect to primal. Get passed queue, loading... instant DC.

So, update, they told me that there is nothing they can do and to try to log in later. They also said if the issue persists, to make a bug report on here.......

DC'd last night with the 90002. Tried logging in throughout the day and finally managed to get in around 5PM. Logged for an hour and unable to back in once again. Been trying for an hour.

Welp, I logged out earlier since I was going to be out of the house for a few hours, only to discover that I'm locked out again now. I logged out in a city, I wasn't disconnected, and it was fine earlier today.

I transfered data centers and hopped onto cactuar and was able to get in. This is clearly an issue with Primal.

While I can play on other DC, I can't access my retainers. I won't be able to bid on a house in a few days if this doesn't get fixed. :(

new update: I was given the number for phone support and told to call them in the morning with the support ticket number they gave me.

No change. Still can't get past the loading screen.
