Cannot log a specific character in.

Problem still persists. No change, Tech Support/Bug team.

i dont think mods/dev read this part of fourms much they move the bug reports about stuff like this here, in hopes player base helps them out

I'm inclined to agree, which is a completely lame thing to do.

To Lusavari, have you tried de-activating your character, and then re-activating it?

I just put my character on Canceled status after reading your comment, but I'm going to most likely have to wait until July 25th to know if that worked. Unless you think I won't? I'm interested to know what you think.

Hard to say. But I regularly forget to add Crysta to my account which causes it to get canceled. After I make my payment, if I try to log back in right away I get the 30002 error. Maybe your character is stuck in FFXIV limbo? So hopefully this will sort of reset it. I'd re-activate in a few hours and give it at try if it was me. (or overnight or whatever suits you)

No go on today's attempt. Going to set it on cancel and see if there's a change on the 25th.

I'm having the same issue, Its been 4 days now :(

After the character selection screen i get a black screen saying "now loading" with the music and it stays like that and doesnt login, i created another character to see if there is something wrong with my connection but the other character can log in with no problem.

I was in limsa goin to the maelstrom command the moment i used the transport it crashed and the character wouldn't log in again. i tried many solutions....

Here is what i did:

1- Opened Ports, The ports that i was given by the technical service team on phone (Didnt Work)
2- Dmz zone (Didnt work)
3- Router Changed (Didnt work)
4- Wireless to cable (Didnt work)
5- reinstall (didnt work)
6- deleted user folder (didnt work)
7- Reseted my internet explorer settings (didnt work)
8- called isp (nothing they could do ports are already open)
9- submitted a bug report (no use)
10-disabled Av/ Firewall (didnt work)
11- travel to some other country? (maybe)

i think the character is stuck somewhere and needs to be warped back to the city! but who knows...

i hope we find a solution....
