Definitely instanced housing will make the players to have their own houses for good.

No! WE HAVE INSTANCED HOUSING! Fix apartments before even thinking of ruining the neighborhood experience for people who already have a house.

Yes, I care about neighborhoods. I'm a designer. I need foot traffic. The myriad venues that popped up since we're able to tag locations need foot traffic. Just because YOU don't care about neighborhoods doesn't mean others don't.

Keep your neighbor house then. Apartments aren't going to be fixed because of you anti-Private Instanced House folks are too carebear about a neighbor that doesn't build their home or that's owned by you allegedly.

People are here to ask for housing of their choice. Apartment doesn't have that choice because 1. Room is small 2. No gardening/outdoor furnishing 3. no way to upgrade and it makes no sense on how to upgrade it into large mansion interior. Not to mention, no one can share the room by placing furnishing and edit the home together.

Otherwise, go troll somewhere else.

From never seeing any foot traffic in the residential areas other than people looking for houses, I'd assert that most of the player base doesn't care, either.

Exactly, I've never seen people who have spoken out about them liking neighborhoods. Rather, they were complaining that it's breaking their RP theme immersions due to someone putting up moogle house in Shirogane

Bumping to let the forum readers and devs know that people want instanced housing.

What foot traffic? Wards are absolute ghost towns and unless people are specifically invited, noone's gonna be popping around. And who's to say you wouldn't be able to do that with instanced housing?

I don't care what Square Enix does to give us more housing. WE NEED. MORE HOUSING.

I'm in one of the busiest worlds. On any given day, there is absolutely zilch foot traffic.
