Is this cheating?

why do you discuss about this. Its a bug ! The BUUUGGGG ! =)

It's an intentional mechanic used in an unitentional way. Is it a bug. Nope.
Is it a Exploit. Nope. As much as some people want to call it and exploit
it is not. The mechanic is working as intented. Nothing about this is game
breaking.

Exactly this and what Brannigan said. We are learning the fight and waiting 15 minutes to try again just because abilities are down blows and its even worse when you have damaged gear as changing to repair it will reset the timer anyways.

Please devs, just reset ability timers upon entering any kind of instance.

If your wife tells you to stand by doing nothing for 20 minutes till she's ready to have sex with you and you go and jerk off 15 mins later, would that be considered cheating?
