It still woudn't by virtue of GCD efficiency if you spend a GCD healing you want the highest returns possible so if Adlo has even 50 potency more it will be prioritized, in the case of physick in particular there are also a bunch of extra problemas that would make a potency buff virtually useless like:Quote:

Instead of buffing a trash heal they could simply lower the cd of Emergency tactics, make it unlockable at lv30, lower the mp cost and cast time of Adlo giving Sch an extra button to add a meaningful action that is used more times than once in a blue moon
