Error 2002 after the patch

When trying to ping both EU servers I cannot reach them at all. I can ping all other servers without any losses at all. It stands to reason that it's a server issue.

Not really sure about it. There were other cases when bulgarians were not able to log in because fo 2002, but it was only people using specific internet provider, meaning that bulgarians actually connect from different paths. So somehow they managed to block the region itself. I have no idea how Georgia got involved in that :D

Just want to add that I managed to play for a few hours after the patch, so it's not directly caused by the patch itself.

same i got dced twice thou but on 2. dc i was never be able to login

One more, joining for the same issue in Bulgaria. I checked with friends from other countries in the EU, but looks like we are the only ones affected.
I also submitted a support request, so we shall see. (Сериозно, след близо три години игра съм шокирана, колко много сънародници има наоколо, което е странно. Но предполагам, вината е моя, че съм се забила на сървара с французите. XD).
Definitely sounds like a server side issue, or more like the "gateway" to the server itself. If it is a whole region affected, it should not have anything to do with the local providers. VPN can help, because technically it lets you use another gateway, I guess, but it is not really solving the issue.

well it cant be a ddos attack
recent one was Crystal Diabolos the cause"server program issue" other was overloaded equipment
the first one details were players unable to access affected worlds so that might be our issue

Also from Bulgaria, also getting 2002 error. My friend who is still on the free trial has the same issue. Good thing another FC member could take care of the garden in my stead.

Created a support ticket, and also mentioned this thread too. I hope we get a fix soon.

could the issue be Server-based/Data Center-based
if i can not connect to the DC i cant play the game?
