Just pre-ordered endwalker CE, but no confirmation mail / not in order history

My order is still on "pending", I'm basically on a waiting list and I believe it's the case for everyone that did not get their confirmation email.
When they will have additionnal stock, the order will be validated.

The restock will take multiple days according to the support. But I believe "several days" must mean actual weeks.
At this point I think we can safely assume a restocking is ongoing and that all "pending" order will be validated when the restocking is done.

EDIT: It was on EU store.

Been a few days just wondering if anyone who bought from the UK/EU store has had any communication from the store at all? I've still not had a reply to the ticket I sent them on Monday and it is getting a little annoying there is still no response on this matter yet.

I got an answer to my ticket yesterday!
Somehow my preorder was canceled by the store because my payment via Paypal failed which explains why my preorder was no longer listed in my order history.
They said I can try to order and pay again. But I guess I will just wait until the digital CE goes live on Amazon.

I'm also still waiting from an answer from support. EU Physical+Digital Collectors bundled. Understandly there has to be something wrong going on with some of the physical collectors orders, but the fact they can't even sort out giving out the pre-order code for the digital collectors is getting ridiculous at this point.

Since they sold out within a couple of hours on the NA store I'd say some concern was more than justified.

I got the other e-mail they are sending out, stating that apparently my pre-order went through when they were out of stock, that they registered my interest and if they get any more they will allocate them "Based on the time that they were ordered on SAturday 15th of May"

Except my pre-order went in 5 minutes after it opened but took an hour to be listed on the store order page.....
