If you ask Elexia, Dragon and Molly_Millions, we don't need casuals. We need forced grouping, extreamly hard, time consuming and bland content in order to make this game a success. Hell we don't even need to attract any new players. As per them S-E will be rolling cash just with the XI fan base, which are already paying S-E btw.....

Oni you can see the bags in the lower right corner of the 2.0 screen, the items are colour coded to display what they are.

Sort through what you don't need/want...ok, your loot list holds all your items you currently obtained, open it, click the item you don't want, hit discard.

add ons are fine, and yes they are meant to make things easier to an extent

but at the point where it starts doing everything for oyu is when it crosses a line
not saying thats what this is, but some people here dont even seem to want to play the game at all they want it played for them for convenience
