Agreed, reddit is just memes and fan art. Every once in a while you'll get a post with something of actual worth....then it's buried beneath another avalanche of fanart.

Does it really matter? I mean, is this forum such a whirlwind of activity that real conversations struggle to survive the onslaught?

The handful of troll threads that keep popping up aren't preventing anyone from having the conversations they want to have here. They're just a silly diversion most of the time, and it's all wholesome kid's stuff; nothing that's going to scare or disturb anybody. The mods likely don't bother because they're a complete non-issue.

Edit: Necro, but the point still stands today ;)

It is fascinating to see Titanmen reply to himself, twice, only to then have someone reply to him that looks like he might as well be Titanmen.
