You can bring back 2 features from 1.0 what would it be?

1st. Beeing able to repair other players gear in city's and dungeons, raids.

2nd. Enable belts to be like they used to be in version 1.0 (not glued to the armor and be glamable on its own)

Could be brought back as boss dialogue, or a sidequest, but I feel it needs to exist in the game somehow. I We need to know exactly how worked up he got.
