Mods are completely illegal especially nsfw but at least others can't see it. School uniforms on the other hand are going to be visible to EVERYONE. Do you really want to see 50 cat girls all erping around in limsa? Imagine all the players will would lose

Just imagine starting the game in limsa, then once you hit the fountain a bunch of creepy cat girls go up to you and go "nyaaaaaa senpai not there uguuu~~". Is this the future you wanna see?
