Agreed,but he has a better connection then I do. So for him to be complaining about it as well, illustrates no improvement.

I can go ahead and tell you im still probably going to cap out over 70up/30-40down with about 165-195ms ping

No.. no.. I'm sorry, I think we are getting lost in translation here.

I was simply trying to imply that it does not matter how great your connection is here in the US, it does not mean it is going to be as good in Tokyo.. (in a sense of ping and response time)

That's some pretty bad ass speed there dude, how ever just a little friendly tip, unless you do a crap load of networking for your job, or get a hell of a deal on your internet speed you are wasting a crap load of money for nothing. I mean right now im paying 15Mbbs and im just gonna assume your paying for 100? and when I connect to SE's server im gonna get the exact same throughput as you.

This is highly amusing considering you have yet to even do an AV speed run. How about mastering it first before claiming it can't be done?
