Need like 1000 inventory slots on character.
Yeah but in XI you could freely send things from one character to another through the delivery service that we don't have in XIV.
But I'm rather saddened by this, as anyone who has tried to level crafting and combat classes at the same time can understand. (Constantly sitting at just barely under 200 items)
Does SE even understand that players don't want storage options, npc's, retainers, pack chocobos etc, they want one big inventory accessible at all times from everywhere? How hard can it be?
Do note that the mannequin system they are adding is supposed to be essentially extra "bags" that will hold a set of gear each, and allow you to swap that whole set on through its use while also holding the gear outside of inventory and thus not taking up space.
That said, I'd like to keep my 200 inventory as well. I don't see a huge point in having tight restrictions on what you can hold when the game has so many classes, crafts, materials and foods for you to try and haul around... and the fact we don't have to go back to our inn to job change just makes it a horrible idea that we'd have to go back there for things required by another job of ours. It's potentially a very inconvenient system for players who play most everything and want access to all their jobs at any given time.
