Remove the 2nd ring slot and roll the stats into Waist/Belt.

The more practical and elegant solution wasn't even mentioned: just add an additional ring for every set of gear. It's really obnoxious that the second ring is either an item level tier above or below what is in your first ring.

The simplest solution is to just make another armory storage slot for the 2nd ring.

Or if you cut belts and added those stats between the accessories and give THAT armory box to ring slot 2.

The main issue is just armory box space, not the stats on the accessories themselves.

yeah id love if one ring went bye bye its killing my inventory xD
just increase the base ilvl of the ring slot thats left and the ring stats overall.
maybe a slight increase to the overall belt stats too

I'd rather not use a slot of visible gear. They can axe the belts instead and get rid of the weird "unique ring" restriction.

I have no problems with the ring space but I do with all of the left side minus the belt slot.

like, seriously, do people really check ring glamours as much to even care if its not 1 different for each hand?????

Excuse me but they are very clearly shown in cutscenes. Especially as DRK and MNK. Those "you people" are players just like you, not some foreign entity.

I guess most people are foreign to me (and saying "you people" is to reffer to the ones that do want both rings without having to type a wall of text as of now just to explain it), but my point is that of all glamourable and customizable stuff that your character can differentiate, rings, in my opinion is the least seen and even it hides on lots of gloves (tho sometimes neck and bracelets also are hidden sometimes)

Is a great touch on the game to let us have accesories shown, and of course the "best" easy to solve inventory space problems is to give us more space, but since is has been time and time again been discussed that SE does not want/can just increase player data, the things that can be cut to have better inventory use (if the number of inventory space cannot increase) yeah, belts and 1 ring slot could have the axe, also, having all armory slots combined (so people focused more on battle classes ca use offhand slots more efficiently and viceversa ) etc.

What would be the best case scenario revamp to solve with its limitations most of the problems?
- All spaces used for all types of gear ala glamour
- Remove belts and merge the lost stats elsewhere (guess will have increase tomes cost of the other gear so takes same effort to be fully geared)
- Remove 1 ring slot and merge (but let us glamour 2 different rings on each hand so people that likes to look at hands dont be mad about it)
- Make jobstones key items or something and use that space too and auto change to job at the required level so no more marauders at lvl 50 dungeons
- If possible as the ring glamour, remove main and off hand and merge them in one (and keep the character gear slot so you can cast different glamours anyway)
- JUST GIVE MORE SPACE ANYWAY

of course some changes are more difficult than others and people will always complain that stuff is "dumbed down" if something is removed and stats merged (even tho all accesories now have almost the same stats). But you get me, my initial intent was to people ask themselfs if they really pay enough attention to their rings so it really cares if they remove one (again would be nice if we can glamour both anyway)

actually yes, I do care about the rings showing, that's why I want more than 1 ring for each hand.

What about no ! I don't want that. I want my belt and my two rings :mad: It's not a issue at all. And it's not about the glamour too !

Square Enix add more jobs, add more items, more gears but no, no, no. They can't give us more inventory space or one more retrainer. Sure... Let's not talk about that... Let's not talk about the fact that we can't have every thing buy on Mog Station account wide too...
