After just leaving the vault: There are even automated chess pieces knights in Ishgard - as part of the protection in the Vault! So... they're spoken for, I guess?

Maybe I'll make a macro for when I summon it as a tribute to Jon Snow. "I DON'T WANT IT! SHE'S MY QUEEN!"
