I just started Eureka.

It wasn’t bad until you got to the RNG stat BS in pyros and I was kind of just turned of completely. All that damn grinding for WHAT!? Lol SE needs to learn that light farming sucks no matter how you package it and pair it with RNG stats makes it 10x as bad.

People rush to fates, yes. However, most people either throw raises as they go by or go hit the NM and come back. Some may also wait until the fate is over depending on where the person died or how fast the NM was pulled. I've missed multiple NMs because of deaths. Not once did I consider anyone discourteous for waiting until after it was dead to come find me. My deaths were my own doing. I was just glad that someone was nice enough to come and pick me up. No one had to but they always have, sometimes dying themselves and also requesting a raise...which they got as well. The one constant I've seen in your posts is you. May want to take a look at that bit. Are you dying in some tricky places at bad times? Are you bringing a less than satisfactory attitude into the mix? We just don't know enough to make a fair assessment of your situation.

i did it with friends and had a blast doing it all except pagos that place almost made me quit

Considering Eureka is just bash fest I'd say, just do your weekly book while watching netflix.
