Things that go on Mog Station get announced as “new Mog Station items”, sometimes out of the blue.

This has been announced as a patch 4.4 item.

It will be in some form of content delivered in the game during patch 4.4.

I bet it will be unlocked by Grand Company rank. Sadly im a step behind.

Just read full patch notes and it doesn't seem to be the case, mostly just weapons are added to this rank
