Its easy lol, just have like a *GameGuard* system or something, that will trigger the flag whenever xxx.exe software was found in the user PC.
Just like the old school game and Monster Hunter Frontier still uses it -

Really, the best method of preventing bots that aren't mass-produced is to just get an active enforcement team on their case, because once bans become common and it starts breeding fear, people will begin to both stop botting and not consider doing it in the first place. -
