STR/DEX/PIE/ATK Testing

So has this finally been settled? Which is better pie or dex for brd? Also, anyone know the caps for them?

They seem to be equal now but DEX caps lower.

Ahh, didn;t realize the first post was updated so I was asking because I thought the debate was still lingering on. Thanks for that answer :)

I didn't notice it till recently either but its in bright red letters =P
